18 Weeks 4 Days until the marathon relay.
My goal is to jog a full 6.5 mile leg. (Basically a 10K)
10 minute warm up walk: 2.5 - 2.8 - 3.0 mph
8 minute jog: 4.0 - 4.1 mph
5 minute walk: 3.2 mph
5 minute jog: 4.2 mph
4 minute walk: 3.2 mph
3 minute cool down: 2.8 - 2.5
Total:
2.07 miles
